WHO CAN ATTEND: CruisePhotoFactory’s workshops are structured and aimed to all enthusiast photographers wanting not only to get in touch with the best photographers in the world, but also with the best and most passionate teachers, that can transform and push the boundaries of your photography. Camera basic functions knowledge is required.
HOW TO REGISTER: to register is required a 50% deposit fee , the remaining 50% 30 days before the beginning of the workshop. There is no registration deadline, but there is a maximum number of 12 students, to guarantee the best quality for CPF’s workshops: once reached 12, there is a waiting list, in case of cancellation
CANCELLATION POLICY: it is possible to cancel up to 30 days before workshop beginning, through written communication: in this case the deposit will be refunded minus euros 150 for administration costs.
Though rare, it is possible a workshop has to be cancelled due to teacher un-ability to attend. In this case it is possible to choose a different workshop or to be totally refunded.
WHAT IS INCLUDED: workshop’s fee covers the tuition, classroom usage and written material (if provided by the teacher). Food and lodging are not included. After the registration a non-mandatory list of accommodation in the workshop area will be provided.
WHAT TO BRING: we suggest a gear check-up before the workshop. For learning purposes it is recommended to use a digital reflex, to speed the process and maximize schedule timing.
It’s also strongly recommended to bring a personal laptop computer with all needed accessories (power cable, card reader, updated softwares) to manage the images in autonomy. In the event participants do not have computer, or do not have the skills to operate it, CPF will provide a free digital assistance, to download images and back-up on CDs, DVDs, or other removable media.
WEEK SCHEDULE: in order to guarantee the best workshop results, teachers have the freedom to decide how to schedule the workshop. There will be both sessions in the classroom and in the field, for a “live” experience with our professional teachers, and to experiment all the inputs and suggestion received. All information related to the chosen workshop will be sent after the registration, and on the first day of the workshop the week’s schedule will be announced .
MEALS: CPF’s experience is not only limited to learning sessions, but is a 360 degree experience engaging almost 24/24. Though non mandatory, meals and mainly dinners, represent a very important moment in CPF’s family, embracing all students, staff and teachers in an unique atmosphere: that’s why we’ll try – depending on photographic needs – to organize meals together.
OTHER INFORMATIONS: workshops are in teacher’s mother language (english in most cases): if you need a translator please contact us. Other specific information about the chosen workshop will be sent after registration is completed
